Justice Nayak is law panel chairman

Justice S R Nayak, former Chief Justice of Chatthisgarh High Court, has been appointed Chairman of Law Commission of Karnataka.

According to an official press release issued on Saturday, Justice Nayak assumed charge on Friday.

Earlier, he was the chairman of Karnataka State Human Rights Commission.
