Chief Minister Siddaramaiah said on Monday that none of the MLAs being considered for appointment as political secretaries to him had declined to take up the posts.
Siddaramaiah told reporters here that he had so far not discussed the issue of appointing political secretaries. When asked about the disappointment among certain leaders following the appointments to boards and corporations, the chief minister said it was difficult to make the appointments taking everybody into confidence.
A final decision will be taken after consulting the party high command, he said.
