A 24-year-old student, Vikas Suresh Tulsiani breathed his last at 11:45 am at the Jehangir Hospital in Pune. He was studying at the Symbiosis institute. Vikas is the second student from Delhi to have fallen victim to the Pune blast.

Another Symbiosis student, Rajeev Agarwal also died in the morning. Rajiv, 23, was a final year law student of the Symbiosis Law College and succumbed to his injuries at 5:45 am at the Jehangir hospital. Five more patients were stated to be in critical condition and being treated in different hospital, while 23 patients are out of danger and convalescing.

Among the 15 victims of the terror blast, which ripped through the German Bakery in Koregaon Park area on February 13, four were foreigners.

On Saturday, a 21-year-old Sudanese student died in a hospital. The victim was Amjad Algo J, and was a second year student of Wadia college in Pune. A Nepali worker of the bakery too succumbed to his injuries. So far, two persons have been detained in this connection, while many have been questioned.
