The fine touch of feminism

The use of colour blocking shades, geometric patterns and unique colour pallets describe the current lineup of United Colors of Benetton.

The spokesperson of the brand, says "This season, we have focused on mixing and matching contemporary prints; polka dresses and tops, clear linear florals, colour blocking with quirky tees and distressed denims -- all bathed in summer colours with pops of red and fresh yellow."

"We have also launched different materials in different styles like knits, flat knits, circular knits, woven tops, woven bottoms and various shades of denim and accessories," adds the spokesperson.

Shades of bordeaux red and oxide yellow stand out as the kick-off colours for summer. The designers have used summer white, buttercup yellow, tropical blue and neon shade in all their outfits.

Nathalia, a student of St Joseph's College of Commerce, slipped into a yellow-knit round neck top and paired it with flared denims.

Madhavi Singh, a student of Jain College, wore a floral blue, white and yellow floral
dress.

Neeya, a student of BMS College of Engineering, picked up a blue and pink floral top and
paired it with ripped denims.

Kashmira H V, a student of St Joseph's College of Commerce, wore a red top and paired it with striped satin trousers.

Aarthi Sudharsan, a student of Mount Carmel College, wore sky blue and pink floral dress.
