Vestian Global offers services in three categories which are one, strategic advisory, where the client is advised by consultants regarding various parameters like location, labour, and feasibility, two, transaction advisory where the clients are helped to acquire or dispose space or lease management, and lastly project services which provides the clients a platform that takes them from the design to move in stage.

The company will charge a percentage of the value of the transaction as fee. It is headquartered in Bangalore with an office in Chennai.
