She was subjected to medical check up at McGann Hospital here and was later taken to the court. It is said that the arrested was involved in an affair with Manohar, who was gunned down in Mavinahola near Chikmagalur. Police said that Vijaya Bai, who was present with Manohar during the encounter had escaped.
