<p>Bengaluru: Water supply to several parts of the city was disrupted on Friday as the Bangalore Water Supply and Sewerage Board (BWSSB) took up urgent repair works.</p>.<p>Many areas in West Bengaluru were affected due to a major valve needing repair.</p>.<p>“Immediate repair works were to be taken up and hence, the water supply was affected,” the BWSSB said in a statement.</p>.<p>Gayathri Nagar, Subramanya Nagar, Chandra Layout, Attiguppe, Nayandahalli, Pantarapalya and nearby areas faced disruptions.</p>.Notification for final wards reservation for Bengaluru local body polls by Nov 30, Supreme Court told.<p>Separately, a technical fault at the Tataguni pumping station affected water supply to several peripheral areas under Cauvery Stage V.</p>.<p>Lingadheeranahalli, Shettyhalli, Vajarahalli, Talagattapura, Ambalipura, Thanisandra, Dasarahalli, Manchenahalli, Arohalli and surrounding localities were impacted.</p>
