Karnataka govt announces five winners of Maharshi Valmiki award

Bengaluru: The state government on Monday announced the winners of the Maharshi Valmiki award. Nagaraju Ganada Hunase (Bengaluru, media), P Thippeswamy (Chitradurga, theatre), J K Muthamma (Kodagu, organisation), Mulasidda Lakshmana Nayakodi (Vijayapura, social service) and K Uchchangappa (Vijayanagar, social work) have been chosen for the award, the government said.
