The Government plans to acquire 1,000 acres in these villages for the Corporation and Karnataka Industrial Areas Development Board has already identified land in these areas.
Chikkanna reviewed the land and survey numbers which are to be approved by the Revenue department.
Tahsildar P Jayamadhava, Agriculture Assistant Director Chandrashekar and Revenue Inspector of Aavani hobli Munivenkatappa were present on the occasion.
