The programme will be inaugurated by Venkata Reddy, principal of BGS PU college and senior lawyer K V Shankarappa will preside.
DIG K R Srinivasan, Joint Commissioner, Commercial Tax Department Dr K H Govindaraj, DDPI K Prahlad Gowda, Dr Pushpa Nagaraj of Sagar Apollo Hospital, Bangalore, Padma Srnivasan, district Kannada Sahitya Parishat president K Prahlad Rao will participate.
KS Gowtham and M Dikshit will be given the scholarship.
