Badlapur sexual abuse case: Bombay High Court takes suo motu cognisance, matter to be heard on August 22

After the sexual abuse of two kindergarten students at a school in Badlapur, Thane district sparked massive protests, the Bombay High Court has taken suo motu cognizance of the incident, according to the Live Law.

A division bench of Justices Revati Mohite-Dere and Prithviraj Chavan will be hearing the matter on Thursday (August 22) morning.
