Woman beggar found in possession of over Rs 2 lakh in J&K

Lakhs of rupees has been recovered from the shanty of an old woman beggar in Rajour’s Nowshera area.The woman, who was seen roaming on the streets for decades, was shifted to a shelter home meant for the homeless to provide them better living When the Municipal Committee went to clear the temporary shelter of the woman they found boxes containing notes of various denominations and bags full of coins.
