Naidu wishes KCR, says BJP is getting weak

YSRCP calls Naidu a flop show

Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Nara Chandrababu Naidu in a statement in Amaravati has congratulated TRS Chief K Chandrasekhar Rao and all the legislators who got elected to respective state Assemblies on Tuesday. He said that the TDP will respect the verdict of the people.

“The results of these Assembly elections will pave the way to the formation of an anti-BJP front and a strong alternative,” Naidu opined.

He said that the BJP has weakened, and the recent by-elections also indicated the decline of the BJP. He said that people of the country have recognised that the Modi government has not done anything for them, and they are looking for an alternative.

“It is clear that the people are supporting our efforts to forge alliances to take on the BJP in the forthcoming elections,” Naidu said.

TDP-Cong alliance flop show: YSRCP

“The dress rehearsal of the TDP-Congress alliance has miserably failed as people have outrightly rejected the unholy nexus which was dubbed as a precursor to the 2019 general elections,” YSR Congress said on Tuesday, and congratulated the TRS for its overwhelming victory in the Telangana elections.

Speaking to reporters here on Tuesday, party General Secretary Sajjala Ramakrishna Reddy said, "Chandrababu Naidu has put his three forces of money, media and manipulation to the fore in the Telangana elections and allied with Congress to gain entry into the national scene and fell flat, as people rejected the aberrant combination resolutely."

“Chandrababu had made Telangana the testing ground for the alliance with the Congress and had fluxed the state with the money he had plundered in Andhra Pradesh and had to beat a hasty retreat as the people gave a resolute mandate against him and his allies,” he said.
