Kasargod Lok Sabha constituency has 13,60,827 voters, with female voters – 7,04,393 – outnumbering men.

Kasargod constituency comprises Manjeshwara, Kasargod, Uduma, Kanhangad, Trikaripura, Payyanur and Kalliaseery Assembly segments.

The Manjeshwara Assembly constituency has the highest number of voters with 2,12,086 people, while Kalliaseery Assembly has the lowest, with 1,74,680 voters.

Kasargod Lok Sabha constituency has 4,858 NRI voters, including 179 women. Trikaripura Assembly constituency has the highest NRI voters – 1,181 – followed by Kalliaseery, with 1,121 NRI voters.

Kasargod constituency also has 3,110 service voters, including 89 women. It has, in addition, 1,317 polling booths.
