The much-awaited Mysuru-Renigunta Weekly Express train will chug out from June 1 while two trains connecting the city to Hubballi will also be regularised in the first week of June.

The Mysuru-Renigunta Weekly (11065) will depart Mysuru at 10.55 pm every Friday and reach Renigunta at 8.25 am next day.

The train will run via Bengaluru, Jolarpettai and Katpadi. On the return direction, the train (11066) will depart Renigunta at 5.50 pm every Saturday and reach Mysuru at 3.15 am the next morning.

The Yeshwantpur-Hubballi Weekly Express, which was being run as a special train, has been regularised from Yeshwantpur on June 1 and from Hubballi on June 2.

From Yashwantpur, the train (16543) will leave at 8.45 pm every Friday and reach Hubballi at 5.20 am the next day. In the return journey, the train will depart from Hubballi (16544) at 11 am every Saturday and reach Yashwantpur at 8.20 pm.

Similarly, the Yeshwantpur-Pandharpur Weekly Express will be regularised from Yeshwantpur on July 5 and from Pandharpur on July 6.

From Yeshwantpur, the train (16541) will depart at 6 pm every Thursday and reach Pandharpur at 11.35 am the next day. In the return direction, the train (16542) will leave Pandharpur at 1.35 pm every Friday and reach Yeshwantpur at 6.20 am on Saturday.

The railways had planned at least three events over the last three to four months to launch the trains and inaugurate several infrastructure works. The plans were put off due to the unavailability of political leaders as the model code of conduct kicked in.
