Congress leader Manish Tewari cast his vote in Ludhiana, Punjab on February 20. He also urged voters to rise above caste and religion while voting. “I request people to keep in mind the interests of Punjab, rise above caste and religion while voting in this election,” said Manish Tewari. The State Legislative Elections are being held to elect 117 MLAs. The results will be declared on March 10.
